Workshops, embedded coaching, and engineering culture work, delivered through EkoHacks. TDD through James Shore's Testing Without Mocks, pairing as the default, keyboard only accessibility, and the workflows we built empirically in the dojo.

Civic Technology
Technology for NGOs, campaigns, municipalities, and organisations working for local impact. The same engineering discipline, pointed at civic problems. Platform build, data work, and CiviCRM, from first setup to daily running.
AURIO is where I do this work in the open, taking evidence based policy to the public and running the civic technology underneath, starting from a village of 220 people in Evros. If your organisation runs on CiviCRM, this is lived experience, not a listed skill.
