The Dojo
Where the practice runs daily. Developers in Lagos build production software through TDD, pairing, and clean architecture, reflect on what the work taught them, and build again, the cycle Freire called praxis.
The developer metrics platform came out of two years of dojo sprints, and the thinking behind the pedagogy is in the writing.

EkoLite
The dojo builds and teaches EkoLite, our own real time framework, roughly 820 lines developed entirely through TDD. It powers our genomic applications, and learning material and production code are the same code.
The Institute
An institute for corporate training is opening in Evros, Greece, taking what the dojo learned to engineering teams in Europe. In person, on real code, with the same ground rules.
